Wow... you guys have all touched on the stuff that annoys me. Glad to see i'm not the only one.

I guess the main problem is that no matter where you go there will always be a bunch of jerks who try to ruin stuff for you. The best thing you can do is try to avoid it or just not let it get to you. The good news is that every now and then you always stumble upon a group of really nice people.

I hate the kind of players that think they are God Almight themselves when they are rushing straight into a FoW patrol group.
It's also quite ridiculous how many people believe that younger teenagers and kids are ignorant people when it comes to online gaming.
I've been in a guild when they thought I was in my late 20's / early 30's, but when I go onto Ventrilo and start talking, they immediately criticize. After that they usually kick me from their guild. It's rather annoying...

Well, for some odd reasons there are guilds out there which advertise that they're only for MATURE players! Must be at least 30 years old! I still have no idea why, but maybe you got unlucky.

Me, I'm inclined to snap at anyone who runs off out of casting range, proceeds to die horribly because nobody can get to him in time, and then treats the monks like they just killed his first-born son. I had someone do this to me - unbeknownst to the ENTIRE party, he was going for Survivor. He never mentioned this, and tried to tank at Level 16 in Arborstone prior to NM/HM. He died, and pitched such an epic fit it was probably worthy of the Hall of Monuments.

When I first read this I didn't have an answer. Now I do, the players I hate the most are definitely the ones that put monstrous claws in the trade window and you specifically say monstrous fangs in trade then you accidentally trade.

just about every single person who speaks in ad1 temple of balth local. Infact make that anyone who speaks in local chat while in ToB. Anyone who /ranks you in RA with a tiger because theyre so much better than you with a monk. Anyone who uses a me/n [signet of midnight] build and then proceeds to scream how 1337 they are because your a melee toon with no monk. Anyone who has a said me/n on their team in RA and screams noob at your all melee group. Anyone who shouts in caps in local how to do something and then proceeds to ignore the few people who actually answer them and spam it some more.
Anyone who when recruiting for their guild spams it in local about as many times as the speed of his hand will allow, like we missed it the first time. People who when recruiting say their guild has a 'cool cape' who honestly gives a shit about the cape, if you dont like it hide it.

actually after reading back theres one a missed, ANYONE who proceeds to draw anything other than a arrow/ appropiate line on the mini map, i could honestly kill people who do that.

I think that the kind of players that annoy me the most are the sheeple who can't think for themselves. Like the ones who used to insist you had to have an orders Necro to do Tombs. Nowadays it's the ones who sit in Umbral Grotto trying to form Duncan groups with only R9 or R10 Ursans and HB monks.

The players I hate more are the ones discriminating in an exaggerated way, because they have a bigger title, etc. I myself have important titles, but I don't feel "bad" for playing with "noobs".

I hate people along the lines of Dervsmiters, I hate people who run Overpowered gimmicks, that were created by other people, then brag about how good they are. i.e. Gothspike (Not directed at the members of Goth who created the build), Dual Monk WoH/Smiter with 2 physicals, SWAY, ect.

So I very rarly TA anymore.

I think it's the Guru populace, all the others are playing the game and having fun. As to the OP, I dislike (not hate) people who can not let things go in game, to them I say things happen for a reason and most times all works out for the best. I also dislike condescending players, those who always think the game revolves around them, and they must always be the main attraction. We have a rule in our guild that no one member is better than any other.

It's definitely the guru populace. I see more trolls and flaming in this forum than anyplace else. But I can't talk too loudly. I've contributed a few entries to this thread myself.

My current "most hated" are the kiddies that are too helpless to play the game. They are constantly on guild chat begging for runs, gold, materials for their armor, power leveling, more gold, builds, free runs to farming locations, more gold to buy the skills in the build you just gave them and of course even more gold for the runes needed to make the build work.

No I take that back. I don't hate those kids. I'm merely annoyed at them. I hate their parents.

1. Warriors who use mending. (3 health regen congratz)

This reminds me of another one - People who think that all people who have prestige armor and titles think it means something. (And I don't necessarily think Tyla is one)

To clarify this - some people seem to think that everyone who has dyed black/white elite armor or 'prestige' titles is 'bragging' or think they are important. But no, some people just like to have fancy stuff and they are perfectly aware that it doesn't mean anything.

My point is that you could do Duncan with just about any rank Ursans (r7 and up) and 2 good monks. They don't all have to be r9 or 10 and the monks don't have to use HB.

Any player that uses a build straight from Wiki without making adjustments for the area they are in, and expect everyone else to do the same.
